Delivery Methods
- Location Your order ships from bathtopia.com headquarters in NJ.
- Shipping Most orders ship within two days and take 2-10 business days to arrive.
- Express Shipping Express shipping is available for all orders. Just select
Next Day or 2-Day when checking out. All express orders are shipped, at the latest, by the next business day (Mon.-Fri.). Sat. and Sun. are not normal express delivery days. If you require Sat. delivery please let us know.
- PO Boxes Shipping to US PO boxes and APO/FPO military addresses is via the post office.
- International Shipping Shipping to Canada is done on a regular basis. Just select "Canada" as the shipping method at checkout. Your shipping rate is automatically calculated however it may need to be increased to reflect weight of products. We will contact you if this is the case.
We ship to many countries around the world for gift orders when using a US-based credit
card. The "ship to" address can be worldwide but the "bill to" address must be a US address.
Just select "International" as your shipping method when checking out. We will contact you
via email with delivery time + cost options for your order.
We are trying to be more lenient with international credit card orders. Contact us at

information about receiving bathtopia.com orders outside the US.

Rates are based on order total and not on weight. Standard shipping rates to the 48 contiguous states are:

Important Additional Shipping Info
Orders over $200 may incur shipping charges. We will contact you prior to adding any additional charges to your order total.
Since shipping costs are based on amount of the order and not the weight, in some cases shipping charges will need to be increased. We will contact you for approval prior to any adjustment.
For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Military please scroll through the shipping methods and select this option at checkout. Rates are slightly different.
Returned/Rerouted Packages International and domestic packages that are rerouted or returned to bathtopia.com for non-delivery for any reason (such as incorrect/incomplete address or customs refusal) will be charged shipping. To reship or reroute packages the original shipping costs will be charged to your credit card again.
When your order ships you will receive an email with tracking info.
