ORDERING ONLINE
Ordering online is easy. Select the product categories from the drop down lists on the top border. Scroll through product pages. Ready
to order? Select info for the product (i.e. scent, quantity, etc.) and hit ADD TO CART button. You will NOT go to a cart page. This
happens behind the scenes. You can see what's in your cart at any time, and make edits, by going to CART > VIEW
CART on the top border. Ready to checkout? Just go to CART > VIEW CART > CHECKOUT -- or just CART > CHECKOUT.
ORDERING VIA PHONE
If you do not wish to place your order online we accept phone orders. Please
call 1.888.717.BATH (2284) to place a phone order.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
For online orders we currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover (issued from US-based bank and the cardholder has a billing address in the US) -- and bathtopia online gift
certificates. If you’d like to pay by check or money order (from US Post Office only) the order must be placed offline. All checks require a
seven day clearance period for processing. Please call 1.888.717.BATH (2284) to place an order via check or money order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy with your purchases. All non-clearance products, except for
fragrances, can be returned or exchanged within 20 days of purchase at the original purchase
price. We prefer the item to be unopened and unused but we understand that this may not
always be the case. Unused items will be exchanged or credited in the original form and
amount of payment. Items that are opened and unsaleable will be issued a credit. Clearance
items and fragrances are a final sale.
If you received a gift box from bathtopia and would like to exchange one item or the entire gift box, please contact
us. We want you keep only gift items that you will enjoy.
If you received a product that was damaged in transit please call or email us for information about what to do. Damaged items will be replaced with the identical product. We may ask for the item to be sent back or for a picture to show the damage.
It is policy that the customer pays for return shipping to bathtopia. In addition, original shipping costs to send the product(s) to you are non-refundable.
